With Kickstart, we tried as hard as we could to avoid editorial invasions. We wanted to present the interviewee’s answers and opinions in as pure a form as possible. Because the aim of your class assignment is to get your students thinking about the interviewee’s answers, we suggest that you stick to the standard format of a magazine profile. Allow the student to paraphrase and editorialise where they wish. That way, they’ll be forced to engage with the content.
